O[wa] is a luxury candy brand that combines the finest Omani frankincense (Boswellia Sacra) with traditional Japanese candy-making craftsmanship.
It is pronounced “wa.” In Japanese, “Wa” (和 / 輪) symbolizes harmony, unity, and connection. It reflects the spirit of “Harmony” at the heart of the brand. O[wa] is an Omani brand inspired by the fusion of Omani and Japanese cultures.
Frankincense is a natural aromatic resin harvested from trees that grow in the southern Arabian Peninsula, especially in the Dhofar region of Oman. The resin is obtained by making small incisions in the tree bark, allowing a milky sap to slowly harden into fragrant resin tears. This precious resin is mainly harvested from the tree species Boswellia sacra and has been treasured for thousands of years. Historically, it has been used for perfume, religious rituals, traditional medicine, and folk remedies. It has properties such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, immune support, and stress relief.
